 Saint Benedict Parish is a Roman Catholic community 
of faith located in Anchorage Alaska, in the 
Archdiocese of Anchorage-Juneau.
We are a community of Christian stewards, working to live and 
preach the Word of God in thought, word and deed. 

We do this by the joyful and reverent celebration of the Sacraments of the Church and by the intentional formation of disciples of Christ,  so that we may witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all that we meet in our local community.

ISaint Benedict Parish Celebration:

Fr. Tim will celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus at the 9:00 a.m. Mass on Friday, June 12th. He'll follow the liturgical outline published by the USCCB Office of Worship. 



 On Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST (Noon, Alaska Time)

as part of the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. bishops will consecrate the United States of America to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Parishes around the country are encouraged to join the bishops in celebrating the consecration of our nation to the Sacred Heart.
